Need Support for Anxiety?
Whilst we at Tackling Anxiety Together aren’t mental health professionals, there are many organisations and services that can offer professional support and advice for anxiety and other mental health challenges.
Visit your local GP
Your GP will listen and advise you on potential treatment options for you to consider. There are lots of options out there such as medications and therapy however your GP will be able to talk you through the ones that are relevant to you and your situation.

Your Local Church
If you are concerned about your mental health or someone else’s speak to the safeguarding lead or a trusted member of staff at your church. They will be able to support you and/or the person you are concerned about.
Samaritans
If you are needing someone to talk to the Samaritans have a 24/7 phone line you can call any time.
Childline
Childline has some great recourses on anxiety for young people.
